Insurance

Yamamoto Chiropractic believes in the value of chiropractic care for you and your family toward the goal of achieving total health and wellness. We accept auto accident injuries and other personal injury cases that have resulted in back pain, neck pain, headaches, shoulder pain and other related pain conditions. We are in the Medicare Network but not a provider. This means medicare may reimburse you after you've paid for services. We are not contracted with any other insurance plan. However most insurance plans have "out-of-network" benefits for non-contracted health care providers like us. In fact there are a few companies who have benefits that cover chiropractic care in our office, with only a co-pay to worry about. Because there are so many insurance plans out there, and because coverage for chiropractic care varies widely, please call our office at (928) 778-1190 to find out if your plan covers care in our office. We can provide you with the necessary information to bill your health insurance company for reimbursement. Before you start a chiropractic care plan, our staff would be happy to verify your benefits and explain them to you at no charge.

No Insurance

Our goal at Yamamoto Chiropractic is to allow everyone to experience the benefits of chiropractic care. There is good news for patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage. Our charges are simple and affordable. We charge a flat rate of $90 for the initial evaluation (this does not include same day treatment) and just $65 for each visit thereafter! That's it!

You may have discovered a steady increase in your health insurance co-pays and deductibles over the last few years. This coupled with a reduction in coverage has caused greater out of pocket cost for many patients, leading them to have more stress and headaches!  As a result many patients have chosen to pay directly for their visits, especially as they discover that chiropractic care is actually extremely cost-effective and affordable. These patients have also discovered that chiropractic care is often cheaper and more effective than alternative pain treatments such as pain medications or invasive surgery.
